I've also worked with and taught NFL players transitioning into becoming business leaders.
I've promoted and mentored hundreds of professionals into senior leadership roles and authored 'Shifting Into Higher Gear', a guide to aligning your calling and career. After decades in the C-suite, I founded TS Business Coaching to teach managers, directors, and VPs the real-world business skills they were never formally taught—and how to deliver results that get you noticed.
